Greetings to all.

We bid farewell to September with the Blessing of the New School Year on the 28th of the month after the Holy Liturgy, a traditional event that is a big part of our customs.

We welcomed October on Saturday the 4th at the STEKI MAS for the well established monthly gathering. The atmosphere is lovely seeing Community Members, friends with their families getting together for a cup of coffee/tea, a chat and a bite of traditional freshly made deserts.

As it was previously announced, every Saturday evening before the Sunday Church Service in our Community, Vespers will take place at 6pm this Saturday 11 October followed by the next day Sunday 12 October Church Services of Matins and Holy Liturgy at the usual time of 9.30am

SCHOOL: It is already known that our School started in the first week of September, We have more than fifty pupils, children/adults and four teachers. The School operates every Thursday evening.

****On Sunday 26 October we will mark the feast of St Demetrios together with the commemoration of the National Day of OCHI/School Celebratory event, "TA DEMETRIANA"**** More information on this will be in our next newsletter.
